Childhood Appearance: When Jiao Ao was younger, his fur was a bit messy, but as he grew older, he became increasingly handsome. He has a clean, white face, distinct rectangular black eye patches, slightly upturned outer corners of his eyes, fluffy cheek fur, and a small tuft of fur standing up on his head, adding to his adorable appearance.
Close Friends: During his childhood, Jiao Ao had many memorable moments with his friends Mei Lan (梅兰) and Qi Yi (奇一). Mei Lan once opened Jiao Ao’s mouth, suspecting that he had snuck an extra meal. Meanwhile, Qi Yi, who was known for being directionally challenged, frequently helped Jiao Ao find his way home.
Online Couple (CP): On social media, Jiao Ao became part of a popular online “couple” with other panda cubs. One notable event was his “wedding” with Zhen Sheng (震生). Jiao Ao gave Zhen Sheng a “dowry,” which included a big airplane, lots of bamboo shoots, a marriage certificate, and even a marriage contract, sparking laughter and joy among fans.
Athletic Skills: Though Jiao Ao appears gentle and cute, he can be quite the food fighter. After finishing his own meals of steamed buns and apples, he often tries to steal food from his companions. Relocation: Jiao Ao spent his early years at the Chengdu Research Base, where he received dedicated care from the staff. On October 11, 2018, when he was sent to Wulongshan Wildlife Park in Huixian, Henan, alongside his companion, Shuang Xiong (双雄), for educational outreach activities.
