On December 30, the “Mang Can Can’s New Ride Party with Changan QiYuan to Pamper Our National Treasure” charity event was held at Chongqing Zoo. With the New Year approaching, Changan QiYuan presented a New Year’s gift to the giant panda Mang Can Can: a new enrichment toy designed to provide a more enriching and comfortable living environment for Mang Can Can and its mother, Mang Zai. The event was filled with excitement, with the new car model and the growth wall attracting a lot of attention. Through games, sharing experiences, and winning souvenirs, everyone enjoyed the joy and celebrated the upcoming New Year together.

According to reports, considering the growing needs of Mang Xiao Wu, the Changan design team specifically lengthened and widened the ride to accommodate its size. The seats and steering wheel were designed with “bear ergonomics” in mind, offering more space and greater comfort for both play and leisurely rides with Mang Zai. The new vehicle is crafted from solid wood, with meticulous details handmade, such as the headlights, taillights, rearview mirrors, and wheels, which feature plant-based dyes for a sleek, stylish look that complements the Changan Five’s aesthetic. The car’s license plate number, “CA0706,” is also a tribute to Mang Xiao Wu’s birthday.
During the event, not only did Mang Xiao Wu have a great time, but fans also actively participated in interactive games to win exclusive Mang Xiao Wu merchandise, as well as in the first-ever Changan Five fan club meet-and-greet.
Earlier this year, in May, Changan QiYuan officially adopted Mang Can Can, starting a lifelong commitment to its care and gifting it a large vehicle for Children’s Day. In July, for Mang Can Can’s first birthday, Changan QiYuan joined the “Chongqing Youth Giant Panda Protection Plan” to contribute to the care of the national treasure and nature conservation. In December, Changan QiYuan and the city’s traffic police department collaborated to make Mang Can Can the ambassador for “Chongqing’s 122 National Traffic Safety Day,” promoting traffic safety together. In the future, Changan QiYuan plans to continue working with Mang Can Can, its users, and fans to contribute to charity.

In addition to gifting Mang Xiao Wu a new vehicle, Changan QiYuan also unveiled a new model, the Changan QiYuan C798. The new vehicle was designed by renowned global master Klaus and an international team from 31 countries. The design focuses on three core elements: “pure comfort,” “digital intelligence for the future,” and “natural luxury.” It features a 2905mm wheelbase, best-in-class second-row space, a 763L trunk, leading seat heating, ventilation, massage memory, zero-gravity passenger seats, heated and ventilated rear seats, and the unique CDC Magic Carpet suspension system, offering an exceptional driving experience.
