The keepers carefully prepared a basket-shaped cake made from a hollowed-out watermelon rind, filled with a variety of fresh fruits. The number “3,” representing Quan Yun’s age, was carved on the basket’s edge. Sensing the festive atmosphere, Quan Yun happily trotted over to the cake and began feasting with great delight.
