The world’s only giant panda triplets recently moved to a new home. The eldest sister among the triplets, “Meng Meng (萌萌),” has just given birth to a daughter named “Meng Bao (萌宝).” Compared to her first appearance on July 2, “Meng Bao” has grown significantly, losing much of her pink coloring and now exhibiting the distinct black-and-white markings of a panda. She currently weighs 940.6 grams, has a head length of 6.8 centimeters, and a body length of 22 centimeters, having more than doubled in weight in the past ten days.
Caretakers mentioned that “Meng Bao” requires 24-hour supervision, with any unsafe behavior needing to be immediately stopped. For example, if “Meng Meng” falls asleep while holding her baby and suddenly turns over, the caretakers need to quickly intervene to prevent the baby from suffocating.

Currently, “Meng Meng” and “Meng Bao” are still in the panda “maternity center,” but “Meng Meng’s” two younger brothers have already moved to their new homes. “Shuai Shuai’s (帅帅)” new home includes a “raft” and new “toys,” while “Ku Ku (酷酷)” has moved to the Kaiyang area. Once “Meng Meng” finishes her postpartum recovery, the new homes for the triplets will be fully revealed.
On July 29, the giant panda triplets will celebrate their 10th birthday, and the park will host a grand birthday party for them.
