To celebrate the 2nd birthdays of giant pandas “Yuke” and “Yuai,” Midea Group will host a grand birthday party themed “Panda Life Shines Bright” on July 22 at the Chongqing Zoo.
Since their birth, giant pandas “Yuke” and “Yuai” have garnered widespread attention from various sectors of society. Last August, Midea announced its lifelong adoption of “Yuke” and “Yuai.” As their 2nd birthday approaches, Midea has specially prepared a fun-filled birthday party for the first time for the panda siblings.
To help fans and visitors better understand the growth journey of “Yuke” and “Yuai,” Midea has creatively designed a massive ice wall that will clearly document their growth and “adventures” from birth to the present. On the day of the birthday celebration, a giant birthday cake will be placed in the center of the venue, where visitors can take photos and create memorable moments.
A representative from Midea told reporters that when “Yuke” and “Yuai” turned one year old, Midea gifted them cool ice blocks as “birthday presents” and installed high-quality Midea air conditioners in the panda house to ensure their living environment remained comfortable and healthy. When they adopted the pandas, it coincided with the pandas moving to a new home. Midea not only held a grand “housewarming ceremony” for them but also customized an intelligent air system for all the pandas, including “Yuke” and “Yuai,” providing air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, water purifiers, and dehumidifiers, creating a smarter, more convenient, and comfortable living environment. Midea is actively fulfilling its “National Treasure Better Life Plan,” contributing to panda conservation and improving their living conditions.
