On July 11, Moscow Zoo Director Akulova revealed on her Telegram channel that Katyusha, the giant panda cub living in Russia, has reached a weight of 32 kilograms at just over 10 months old. She expressed her joy, saying, “This is our happiness!”
Katyusha was born on August 24, 2023, and has already grown to 27 kilograms, showing healthy development. As the first giant panda born in Russia, Katyusha’s parents are Ding Ding and Ru Yi, who arrived at Moscow Zoo in 2019. Katyusha made her official debut to the public on March 8 this year, immediately capturing the attention and affection of many visitors.
